1. What is the best way to order?
The fastest and surest way to order is via internet. All of our web-stores are on secure servers. Simply find the product that you like and click "Order or Add to cart" The program will take you to our store. If you want more than one, you may change the amount of the products while there. Click the back arrow if you want to continue shopping. The store will not forget what is in your basket even if you visit other stores owned by us, Grace Vision Publishers.

2. How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are usually shipped the same day if received before 12 noon eastern standard time. Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Smaller orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. Orders made after 12 noon Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

3. Can I receive an order over-night?
No. Sorry, but we do not offer overnight service. We only ship standard ground UPS and Priority mail. The tracts weight about one pound per package which would make the cost of shipping several times the cost of the product.

4. Can we have the name and information of the church printed on the products?
No. Sorry but that would be very expensive. Each tract and or door-hanger has a place that the church or ministry can use a rubber stamp to add that information.

5. Do you give discounts for bookstores.
No. Sorry, the prices that we offer the public are too low to offer a discount to bookstores.

6. Do you ship outside of the USA?

No. Sorry, we are only able to ship to addressed in the USA, Puerto Rico, American territories and APO addresses.
